To Do List

Good Morning: It’s the middle of the week. Do you have half of your weeks work done? I don’t, I never seem to get caught up. I just keep piling it higher and higher. That’s ok, it just forces me to be more selective in what I do. This is where a “To Do List" comes in very handy. I remember reading a book on sales many more years ago more than I like to admit and I don’t remember the name of the book or the company with which it was dealing. I’ll just say it was several years ago.

This very huge corporation was operating in the red and they finally brought in a person to correct the problems and to turn the company around. He applied a very simple technique in his daily routine. Not necessarily easy, but the concept is simple. He worked with a “To Do List" and at the end of every day he prioritized his list for the following day. Of course they were ordered in rank by most important first. Then during the day as things came up he added them to his list. Of course he didn’t ever get to the bottom of his list. The bottom just kept shifting as he prioritized the list. He continued this for the next three months and at the end of that three months he had turned the company around and it was no longer in the red, but was operating in the black. Later he said that he couldn’t have done it without using his “To Do List".

I had a boss that used a “To Do List” and he used to really irritate me with it. Once one of my projects got on his list I found out that he just didn’t forget about it. There were times when I wished that he would have, but then that’s first hand experience with working with a "To Do List".

This takes discipline but the results are really great. Remember at the end of each day the remaining items on the list all get compared and rearranged according to priority.

How are you doing with your “To Do List”? Have you turned yourself around and operating in the black?

Have you taken a look at this MLM opportunity? You should, it may be one of the turning points in your life. Who knows it might even get put on your "To Do List".
