Assets and Liabilities

Good Morning: It’s a good day because it’s good business.

What is the difference between assets and liabilities? Do you really understand what an asset is, or what a liability is. I believe that the definition lies in understanding property rights and what you are responsible for. As a rule a liability is broken down into a value of property which your are responsible for. Whether it be a percentage or a total value. So in the final analysis when you measure your obligations which are considered liabilities, you might consider your ownership as an asset; at least it should be an asset if it is productive and profitable. So it breaks down to past and future transactions whether they be negative or positive. So whether you have assets or liabilities it depends on what you do and transact. So keep alert and do good business. Work your assets. Lawyers have a ball.

If you are going to do good business and be successful is the true measure of your success. If you are a business minded person and desire to be monitarily successful in today’s world you need to consider computers and the internet. It’s a reality and the sooner you face it, and learn what you can about it the better you will get along.
