TriVita Vitamin C Crystals For Your Health And Wellness | 150

Vitamin C in humans is a very interesting topic to discuss and speculate about why human beings need vitamin C and most animals produce their own vitamin C. Has there been a mistake in the design of our bodies? Yes, there is a mistake and that mistake is that a broken gene cannot repair itself. If it could, there wouldn’t be any genetic diseases and Vitamin C deficiency is a disease. We need to consume Vitamin C on a daily basis to remain well. Remember the stories of the disease of the sailors that had scurvy? If you read about it you will find that it was a most horrible disease to die from. Many young people have the early signs of scurvy and don’t recognize it.

Early signs of scurvy are tiredness, muscle weakness, joint and muscle aches, a rash on the legs, and bleeding gums. In the past it is well documented that scurvy was common among sailors and other people deprived of fresh fruits and vegetables for long periods of time. Become aware of these signs, especially in your children and young adults that are on a faulty diet. Lack of Vitamin C is deadly. Your body is a chemical factory and it must be provided with what it needs, not necessarily what you want. These are very difficult lessons to learn.

It is an established fact that animals that manufacture their own Vitamin C have a characteristic of longevity if allowed to live a normal life. They live on average about 8–12 times beyond their age when adolescent growth ceases. For humans that would extrapolate into about an age of 160 to 240 years. If this is an indication then it would only seem logical to be sure that you receive an adequate amount of Vitamin C. This coupled with a healthy life style should be rewarded with a long and healthy life.

Now we come to the question, how much Vitamin C should I be consuming on a daily basis? It is found for example that a 160-pound goat, about the same weight as a human, will synthesize about 13,000 milligrams of vitamin C per day. Do you suppose that is part of the reason that goats milk is so healthy for people? Compare the milligrams of Vitamin C that a goat produces to your daily intake of Vitamin C. I think you will find that your daily intake is extremely inadequate. I know of no studies being done at this time, but if I do, rest assured I will post it.

Some day we will probably have our own internal Vitamin C factory and be able to produce all the Vitamin C that our body needs. Until then you need to couple this with the studies that TriVita has done on Vitamin C. You may be on the path of a long and healthy life. Go to this link.
